The Leadership Academy is a one week extensive immersion in the leadership tools, processes, principles that every leader needs at all levels of leadership.

This material comes out of 30+ years and thousands of hours of consulting with over 400 organizations.

The Academy is a systematic step by step understanding of leadership ... not just a book here and a tape there. The leadership framework is composed of a teaching notebook and 25 sections including a DVD, a worksheet, and other supplemental handouts for most sections. These 25 tools can be learned in any order. Start where your need is the greatest. And, sooner or later you will have completed the entire Academy.

The Leadership Academy teaches you 25 tools you can draw on 1000 napkins in informal situations over the next 50 years as others look to you for leadership. Or, you can teach these tools to your older children, proteges, students, staff in a more formal setting.
